(III)Programming Nesting Software:
Automatic Programming Nesting Software(STARCAM)
STARCAM drawing and nesting software consists of three modules: drawing module (StarCAM), nesting module (StarNEST) and NC code simulation module (StarPLOT). Each module can run independently or call each other. It supports CNC programming of various CNC cutting control machines. Among them:
l The drawing module can complete the graphics drawing, editing, scaling, copying, arraying, rotating and other operations of cutting parts; supports the import, editing and export operations of CAD graphics files in other formats (such as: CAM, DXF, DWG, IGES), supports user library management; and can optimize CAD graphics. It can generate cutting paths and processing codes required for CNC machining for parts.
l The nesting module can complete batch nesting of multiple parts on rectangular plates or residual plates, supports short-line continuous cutting, common edge and bridging technology, reduces the number of perforations, improves the utilization rate of plates, is fast and efficient, supports manual nesting, matrix nesting, interactive nesting and residual nesting, and can quickly generate CNC codes required for various CNC cutting equipment.
l The simulation module can perform computer graphics simulation on the NC codes generated by the above two modules, and can run single-step and track step by step. It supports editing and modifying NC codes during the simulation process, verifies the correctness and rationality of NC codes, improves production efficiency, and estimates processing costs.
5.Basic configuration and technical requirements of machinery
(I)Gantry structure:
The gantry of the cutting machine mainly consists of a main crossbeam and two longitudinal end frames. The main crossbeam adopts a special rectangular steel plate welded structure, which is tempered to relieve stress, increase rigidity and prevent deformation.
The longitudinal end frame is still welded with steel plates. The longitudinal drive connecting frame is located in the center of the longitudinal end frame. The longitudinal drive system is installed in the center of the machine to ensure the smooth operation of the machine. An operating platform is also installed on the main frame to facilitate the operation of the equipment. After the splicing is completed, all the structural parts of the gantry will be shot peened and tempered to relieve stress, so that the surface quality of the structural parts is good and the welding stress is eliminated. The longitudinal operation adopts large-diameter steel rollers, which have the advantages of good strength, wear resistance and stable operation.
The gantry of the cutting machine is a key component to ensure the working accuracy and running stability of the machine, so it is particularly important to control the processing accuracy of the crossbeam and end frame. The crossbeam is fine-machined by a CNC gantry pentahedron machining center worth 3 million purchased by our company from Ningbo Haitian. Multi-face machining is completed in one clamping, which effectively ensures the installation accuracy of the transverse rack and guide rail. The longitudinal end frame holes are fine-machined by a floor-standing boring machine, which effectively ensures the parallelism between the end frame roller holes and the verticality of the guide holes.
(II)Longitudinal driver:
The requirements of longitudinal working accuracy and positioning accuracy are relatively high, the machine adopts high-precision gear and rack transmission, the meshing between the gear and rack is spring compression type, which can reduce the meshing error on the one hand, but also improve the smoothness of the transmission. The machining accuracy and installation accuracy of the machine are the necessary conditions to ensure the working accuracy of the host. With a high-precision planetary gear box and AC servo system, it is easy to control the working accuracy of the machine under the control of the CNC numerical control system.
The main end frame is equipped with a horizontal guide wheel at both ends, the direction of the rack surface is a fixed guide wheel, and the reverse is an eccentric guide wheel. The eccentric wheel can be used to adjust the straightness between the bottom of the end frame and the guide rail, so that the door frame can maintain stable linear guidance during movement. The two ends of the main and secondary end frames are also equipped with guide rail scraping, which can scrape the debris on the surface of the guide rail at any time when the machine is running to ensure the normal movement of the machine.
(Ш)Lateral drive device:
The requirements of the working accuracy and positioning accuracy of the horizontal drive are the same as those of the longitudinal drive, and the horizontal drive guide adopts the linear guide guide. Using bearings and eccentric wheels for clamping, high-precision gear, rack drive. The machining accuracy of the machinery of the pentahedral machining center and the installation accuracy of the senior technician ensure the working accuracy of the host machine, and the precision planetary gear box and AC servo system with high precision are equipped to precisely control the working accuracy of the machine under the control of the CNC numerical control system.
The two ends of the beam are also equipped with a steel belt transmission device, and the main moving body and the auxiliary moving body are clamped through the positive and reverse of the steel belt transmission device to realize the same direction and mirror direction of the cutting torch smooth movement. Both ends of the beam are equipped with lateral limit switches and horizontal reference points of the machine.
(Ⅳ)Rail:
The 38KG heavy rail is used to remove gravitational deformation through vibration aging. The control accuracy is grinding by grinder, the accuracy of upper width and rack depth is controlled within negative 5 wires, and the surface hardness is HB240-270. The accuracy of the rack is 7 level, the modulus is 2, and the center runout is controlled within minus 6 wires;
(Ⅴ)Electric control cabinet

Split electrical cabinet:
At present, most of the electrical cabinets used by domestic manufacturers are integrated, and the servo, circuit and system are placed in the same cabinet. Servo will produce a lot of interference waves in the work, and long-term interference will bring great sequelae to the system. For example, problems such as blue screen of death and crash occur. Although most of the peers have adopted the grounding method, the interference actually exists. The split design of our company is completely different from the integrated one, and the original electrical cabinet is divided into three parts: servo, circuit and system. Not only are they all grounded, but they are all isolated by optocoupler plates to ensure double-layer shielding. The interference is minimized and the life of the system is extended to the greatest extent.
Mode of connection:
