1.Fiber laser cutting machine host
The main machine of the machine tool is composed of the bed, the Z-axis device of the beam, the operation control part, the air and water circuits and other parts.
(1)Bed part:
The bed is made of aluminum alloy profile structure, which is finished after secondary vibration aging treatment, simple and easy to install, occupies a small space, and can be loaded with more than 20 sets of containers, and this product is suitable for 3000w power and batch cutting.
The X, Y and Z axes are all servo motors, equipped with high-rigidity precision reducers and grinding racks and pinions, high-precision, optical axis linear guide rails and other high-efficiency transmission mechanisms, which effectively ensure the accuracy of transmission.
(2)Beam section:
The use of aluminum alloy material, light weight, good dynamic performance; The integral casting method is adopted, which is roughed after annealing to eliminate internal stress, and finished after secondary vibration aging treatment, which ensures the overall strength, rigidity and stability of the beam.
(3)The Z-axis moves the unit up and down:
The Z-axis up and down device is to realize the up and down movement of the cutting head. After the capacitive sensor in the Z-axis device detects the distance from the cutting nozzle to the surface of the plate, the signal is fed back to the control system, and then the control system controls the Z-axis motor to drive the cutting head to move up and down, so that the distance between the cutting nozzle and the plate is controlled unchanged, and the cutting quality is effectively guaranteed.
(4)Gas and water systems:
The gas path of the fiber laser cutting machine has two parts, one part is the cutting gas provided to the cutting head: clean and dry compressed air, nitrogen and oxygen; The other part is auxiliary compressed air, which is used for the gas used for the partition cylinder and the workbench clamping cylinder during the partition exhaust.
The waterway system of the fiber laser cutting machine mainly includes two parts: after the cooling water comes out of the chiller, it enters the laser in two ways, one way enters the cutting head of the laser machine and cools it, one way enters the inside of the fiber laser and cools it, and returns to the chiller after circulation.

After the product is transported to the user's installation site, our company will send experienced mechanical and electrical installation and commissioning personnel to the user's site to be responsible for the installation, commissioning and specimen cutting and processing of the product. The final acceptance is carried out in accordance with our company's acceptance standards at the user site: the acceptance items include: the appearance quality of the machine tool, the configuration of each part of the machine tool, the cutting accuracy and quality, the performance parameters, the stability, the work test, etc.
The user's on-site installation site should meet the industrial-grade ground standard. The thickness of the ground concrete foundation is greater than 200mm, and the flatness is less than 10mm every 3 meters. There are as many vibration sources as possible around the installation site.
The acceptance of the machine is carried out in two steps:
The first step is acceptance

3.Product visual inspection:The pipeline layout should be reasonable, neat and beautiful, reliable connection, uniform paint surface and beautiful decoration, and no defects such as bumps in the appearance of the product.

The second step is acceptance
1.The final acceptance of the product is carried out at the user's site
2.The product acceptance shall be carried out according to the signed technical agreement and the acceptance handover order, and the trial cutting materials shall be provided by the user. If the user needs to accept the typical workpiece drawing, please provide the typical drawing in advance.
3. After the installation and commissioning is completed, the product runs normally and the installation and commissioning are qualified, and the warranty period begins.
